In der Diabetestherapie hat sich in den letzten Jahren ein Wandel vollzogen, der sich auch im Konsensusbericht der ADA und EASD widerspiegelt. Der Ansatz geht in Richtung einer patientenzentrierten Therapie, weg vom sog. glukozentrischen Weltbild und berücksichtigt auch neue Substanzklassen wie GLP-1-Rezeptor-Agonisten. …
