A 40-year-old man presented to our hospital with palpitations. His ECG at admission showed a narrow QRS (< 120 ms) tachycardia with right bundle branch block (RBBB) and left anterior hemiblock (LAH;
Fig. 1). The patient was hemodynamically stable (BP 110/75 mmHg). His past medical history included similar episodes that were treated with intravenous administration of verapamil and they were considered as episodes of supraventricular tachycardia. The last episode was recorded 3 months ago; since then the patient received 25 mg bid metoprolol. Transthoracic echocardiogram and lab findings were within normal values. …
