Numerous studies have shown a significant relationship between coronary artery luminal diameter, the dimension and progression of atherosclerotic plaques, and the development of serious cardiovascular events [

4]. It is well-known that even a slight regression (stabilization) of atherosclerotic plaque significantly decreases the risk of sudden death, myocardial infarction, and other cardiovascular adverse events [
