Zusammenfassung

Kopfschmerzen sind einer der häufigsten Gründe, den Hausarzt oder den Neurologen zu konsultieren. Neben Anamnese und Laborparametern stellt die Bildgebung einen der wichtigsten diagnostischen Schritte dar. Die möglichen Ursachen sind so vielfältig, dass es fast nicht möglich ist, dieses Thema vollständig abzudecken. Der Artikel gibt einen Überblick über die wichtigsten bildmorphologischen Korrelate und deren Fallstricke.
