Die Qualität und das Spektrum der Behandlungen von Aortendissektion haben in den letzten Jahren zugenommen. Die aktuellen modernen chirurgischen und endovaskulären Möglichkeiten erlauben alle Aortenpathologien mit unterschiedlichen Strategien zu behandeln. Primäres Ziel ist das Überleben - langfristiges Ziel die Freiheit von Re-Interventionen. Dieser Beitrag gibt einen Überblick über die verschiedenen Behandlungsmöglichkeiten der potenziell lebensgefährlichen Aufspaltung der Aorta-Wandschicht. …
