Cardiac neoplasm is a rare cardiac disease. Primary cardiac tumors, which can be either benign or malignant, are far less common than secondary tumors that are primarily malignant in nature. Primary cardiac tumors may also affect the pericardium [
1]. The incidence of cardiac tumors in autopsy series is estimated at 0.021 % [
2]. The most common tumors of the heart valves are papillary fibroelastoma (PFE), myxoma, and hamartoma [
