51. Verhaltenstherapie und psychopharmakologische Behandlung

Zusammenfassung

Verhaltenstherapie und Psychopharmakatherapie sind aufgrund ihrer Evidenzbasierung und Praktikabilität zentrale und unverzichtbare Bestandteile der klinischen Versorgung von Kindern und Jugendlichen mit psychischen Störungen und haben daher in allen klinischen Leitlinien einen besonderen Stellenwert. Dieses Kapitel fasst für vier bedeutsame klinische Störungen den aktuellen Wissensstand zur Wirksamkeit und Nützlichkeit dieser Interventionen zusammen: die Aufmerksamkeitsdefizit-/Hyperaktivitätsstörung (ADHS), Angststörungen, Depression und Zwangsstörungen. Dabei werden jeweils die Erkenntnisse zur Verhaltenstherapie und zur Psychopharmakotherapie getrennt sowie auch die differenziellen Wirkungen der beiden Interventionen dargestellt, bevor zusammenfassende Schlussfolgerungen für die klinische Praxis gezogen werden. Das Kapitel schließt mit einem Ausblick auf wünschenswerte zukünftige Entwicklungen dieser Therapien für Kinder und Jugendliche.
