Techniken der Arthrolyse am Ellenbogen

Zusammenfassung

Die Ellenbogensteife tritt meist als Folge einer Ellenbogenverletzung auf und kann aufgrund individueller Ansprüche für Patienten schon bei geringen Bewegungseinschränkungen negative Einflüsse auf die Lebensqualität bedeuten. Bei einem konservativen Therapieversuch ohne zufriedenstellendes Ergebnis können als operative Therapieverfahren eine arthroskopische oder offene Arthrolyse (ggf. mit Fixateur externe) bzw. eine Distraktionsarthrolyse durchgeführt werden. Dieser Übersichtsartikel beschreibt die Ätiologie und Therapiemöglichkeiten der Ellenbogensteife, sowie die unterschiedlichen Techniken der Arthrolyse, deren Indikationen und Ergebnisse.
