Zusammenfassung

In diesem Kapitel werden die organtypischen Befunde bei primärer Diagnose von lymphoroliferativen Erkrankungen und Neoplasien in der Lunge behandelt. Eine besondere Bedeutung besitzt das extranodale Marginalzonenlymphom vom MALT Typ der Lunge, das von Vorstadien und entzündlichen Manifestationen differenziert werden muss, das großzellige B-Zell Lymphom das entweder primär als Progressionsstadium des MALT Lymphoms interpretiert wird oder sekundär als metastatischer Befall auftreten kann, und die eigenartige EBV-assoziierte lymphomatoide Granulomatose, die besonders häufig mit einem primären Befall der Lungen beginnt. Auch wenn diese Erkrankungen in der WHO nur zum Teil als separate Entitäten gelistet sind, besitzen sie so viele organotypische Eigenschaften, dass eine separate Besprechung gerechtfertigt ist und bei der schwierigen Diagnose hilft.
