Empfehlungen der ESC-Leitlinien zur kardiovaskulären Bildgebung

Zusammenfassung

Die ESC-Leitlinien zum Management bei Patienten mit stabiler KHK weisen der kardialen Bildgebung eine zentrale Rolle in der Diagnostik und Risikostratifizierung zu. Der Ischämienachweis ist das entscheidende Kriterium, auf dem das weitere therapeutische Vorgehen bei diesen Patienten aufbaut. Es darf aber nicht vergessen werden, dass es keine randomisierten Studien gibt, die dieses Vorgehen untermauern. Bei Patienten mit niedriger Vortestwahrscheinlichkeit für eine stenosierende KHK stellt die koronare CT-Angiographie das optimale Werkzeug dar, um schnell und zuverlässig Koronarstenosen auszuschließen. Mittelfristig müssen wir aber ein besseres Verständnis dafür entwickeln, wie viel Bildgebung wirklich nötig und kosteneffektiv ist.
