Die Nutzung von digitalen Hilfsmitteln, insbesondere die Einführung von Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROM), also Instrumenten, die dazu dienen, von Betroffenen berichtete Gesundheitszustände zu erfassen, kann zu einer Verbesserung des Symptom-Monitorings führen und helfen, Beschwerden der Erkrankten besser abzubilden. Was das genau bedeutet und wie sich digitale PROM in der Praxis konkret nutzen lassen, beleuchten wir in diesem Beitrag mit Bezug auf Kopf-Hals-Tumoren. …
