Zusammenfassung

Kutane B-Zell-Lymphome (CBCL) sind Neoplasien des Immunsystems, charakterisiert durch eine Proliferation von B-Lymphozyten, die ein gewebespezifisches „homing pattern“ mit Infiltration in die Haut aufweisen. Diese Tumoren bilden häufig Immunglobuline und der Nachweis einer „Leichtkettenrestriktion“ ist ein wichtiges diagnostisches Kriterium.
