Zusammenfassung

Seit einigen Jahren zeichnet sich ein Paradigmenwechsel in Bezug auf die Ernährungsempfehlungen bei Typ-2-Diabetes ab. Diese betreffen primär ein Aufheben der Cholesterin- und Fettbegrenzung zugunsten einer Fokussierung auf die Fettqualität sowie Veränderungen der empfohlenen Makronährstoff-Zusammensetzung.
