Zusammenfassung

Hämaturie und Proteinurie finden sich bei zahlreichen Nieren- und Harnwegserkrankungen, können aber auch als Zufallsbefund in der Routine-Untersuchung bei sonst gesunden Kindern und Jugendlichen auffallen. Die erweiterte Urindiagnostik (z.B. Phasenkontrastmikroskopie bei Erythrozyturie oder Bestimmung von Markerproteinen und Orthostasetest bei Proteinurie) kann in diesen Fällen maßgebend für das weitere diagnostische Procedere sein. Insbesondere eine persistierende renale Hämaturie oder/und Proteinurie sollte zur Hinzuziehung eines pädiatrischen Nephrologen veranlassen.
