Zusammenfassung

Bei einer Chemotherapie von soliden urologischen Tumoren muss sowohl mit oberflächlichen als auch mit disseminierten tiefen Candidosen gerechnet werden. Abhängig von Manifestation und Ausprägung sind gezielte Maßnahmen gefordert. Vor allem bei immunsupprimierten Patienten ist eine systemische antimykotische Behandlung unumgänglich.
