Begleitende Messungen zur Qualitätssicherung bei Ellenbogenprothetik

Zusammenfassung

Da das Ellenbogengelenk eine zentrale Rolle bei wichtigen Aktivitäten des täglichen Lebens und der daraus resultierenden Lebensqualität spielt, sollten diese Aspekte auch bei der initialen Befunderhebung sowie im weiteren Verlauf erhoben werden. Publizierte Richtlinien geben einen guten Anhalt über die in Frage kommenden Messinstrumente. In unserer Klinik hat sich eine Kombination von objektiven Parametern wie z. B. Greifkraft, aktiver Beweglichkeit und radiologischen Parametern sowie subjektiven Scores wie dem QuickDASH als Einschätzung der gesamten oberen Extremität, dem PREE als Einschätzung der Gelenkfunktion sowie dem Teil der psychischen Gesundheit aus dem SF-36 bewährt.
